Floor Masterclasses

We have two types of floor masterclasses this holiday a Cartwheel Masterclass and Walkover Masterclass. The aim of the sessions is to work solely on the preparatory skills and exercises to help gymnasts achieve the specific skill and improve/ progress the skill also.

Cartwheel Masterclass Monday 15th April  - 3.30 - 5pm

Walkover Masterclass Thursday 18th April - 1 - 2.30pm

Walkover Masterclass Wednesday 24th April - 1 - 2.30pm

Tumble Masterclass

This masterclass is perfect for gymnasts looking work on their tumble skills. The session will work on current skills like handstands and cartwheels, as well as progressions for round offs, flics, and somersaults.

This class is two hours and for gymnasts working up to the level of round off flics.

Monday 15th April 2019 1.30 - 3pm and Wednesday 24th April 2019 3.30 - 5pm

Badge Masterclass

This masterclass is ideal for current recreational gymnasts who want to do some extra work on their badges and get some skills ticked off.

Thursday 18th April and Thursday 25th April 2019

9.30 - 11am

11.30am - 1pm

1pm - 2.30pm

Trampoline Camp

This camp is for all level of children to work on their trampoline skills

Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th 9 - 12noon

Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th April - 9 - 12noon

Beam Clinic

This clinic is for squad children who are looking to improve their current beam skills and work towards learning some new skills.

Monday 15th April 2019 - 2 - 4pm

Wednesday 24th April 2019 - 10 - 12pm

Bars Clinic

This clinic is for squad children who are looking to improve their current bar skills and work towards learning some new skills.

Tuesday 16th April 2019 - 2-4pm

Tumble Clinic

This clinic is for squad children who are looking to improve their current tumbles and learn some fun new skills. 

Wednesday 17th April - 10 - 12pm
